BONNIE'S BIO
Bonnie Bienvenu Tilly has a diploma in Veterinary Assistant/Animal Care, and is certified in equine Stable Management. She is currently working toward her degree in Theology.
Bonnie is a member of Bible Trainers Association International and a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers. She is also a ministry partner of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Bonnie reaches out to those who desire to know or already have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through her "Sermon in the Saddle," sharing her love of the Savior with us.
Bonnie's poem, "Love is Dead," has been published in several collections of poetic works. In addition to her novels, Bonnie also writes scripts and was represented by a screenwriting agent. Bonne has studied screenwriting at U.C.L.A., and also writes articles which are shared on the Internet.
She has worked with horse trainers and stables, and has volunteered her time with therapeutic riding academies and SPCA animal shelters. Her love of horses led Bonnie to write and share the beloved Frances the Filly horsemanship manuals for youngsters in the loving care and management of the horse.
Bonnie has an undying love for all animals and is a member and/or activist for organizations such as the Humane Society of the United States, International Fund for Animal Welfare, PETA, ASPCA, World Society for the Protection of Animals, The Sierra Club, World Wildlife Fund, Defenders of Wildlife, and other agencies dedicated to the care, protection, and survival of animals and nature worldwide.
When not writing, Bonnie devotes time to her harps and piano.
Bonnie has a daughter living in Louisiana, and a son residing with his wife in California. A native of Southwestern Louisiana, Bonnie and her husband live in sunny Southern California.
